History of Medicine Today is ANZSHM’s quarterly news bulletin and an entitlement of ANZSHM membership.

Produced by a volunteer editorial committee of four members, History of Medicine Today features items of interest, columnists, profiles of members, quizzes, reports of branch activities and reviews.

The Editors welcome contributions, particularly to regular sections:

Until mid-2026, ANZSHM’s bulletin was published as the Medical History Newsletter.

ANZSHM publications are subject to legal deposit. The National Library of Australia holds all previous editions of the Society’s newsletters, under various titles. Because ANZSHM is incorporated in Victoria, State Library Victoria also holds this material.
